2. What data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide when you fill in a form on the website or contact us directly. Typically that means:

We do not collect visitor IP addresses for analytics purposes and do not use tracking cookies or third-party trackers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
3. Why we process the data
- To handle your inquiry — so we can get back to you with available units, lease terms and booking information.
- To assess tenants for long-term rental — to verify co-signer, employment and references ahead of any rental agreement.
- For bookkeeping and invoicing — when a contract is signed.
- To improve our service — internal work without profiling.
4. Legal basis
- Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): handling incoming inquiries and engaging in dialogue with prospective tenants and buyers.
- Contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): once a rental or purchase agreement has been signed.
- Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR): the Swedish Bookkeeping Act for invoicing.
5. How long the data is kept
- Inquiries that do not lead to a contract: deleted within 12 months of last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Rental and purchase agreements: kept for the duration of the contract plus 7 years after the contract ends (Swedish Bookkeeping Act).
- Email correspondence: deleted within 24 months of last contact.
6. Who we share data with
We only share data with suppliers necessary to operate the website and run our business. All are data processors under a written agreement:

9. Security
Personal data is stored in Vercel's EU data centres and in Google Workspace with two-factor authentication. Access is limited to the company's owners and employees who need the data to perform their duties. We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when legislation or practice around personal data changes, or when we change our processing. The current version is always available on this page with the last-updated date at the top.
